Our Romanian traditional patterns are only for hand stitching in cross stitch technique .You can hand embroidered with these patterns : Romanian peasant blouses , aprons , vests ,tablecloth ,napkins , skirts and traditional shirts ,depending of your creativity .
Each pattern represent only a fragment of the entire embroidery . You have to repeat it on your project as much as you will need this .
Each grid on the charted design represents one stitch .
The vast majority are black or black -red combination because the red-black on white is the most common Romanian traditional embroidery .
The patterns are public domain and vast majority of them can be traced hundred years back in history . The pattern graph itself may not be sold or distributed in any way.
